The Queensland Hot Rod Show stepped up big time in 2016, with extra floor space, lots of support and a really good vibe. In 2017, the Show will be back again, but will be moving from its traditional May time-slot, to June. Show manager Katrina Martin stated that the date change is prompted by a large truck show which takes up the Convention Centre at Southbank for much of May. So lock in the new dates of June 3-4, 2017! Savvy travelers will note that it’s the weekend leading into Cooly Rocks, so early birds will get the chance to take in two huge events over two weekends, plus the Winternationals if they wish. That could be one amazing holiday!
